Small Production Runs

We are happy to undertake small production runs, we do not have a minimum order policy.

In our facility we employ experienced, highly skilled jewellers, setters, polishers, CAD designers and wax carvers as well as administrative staff.

We provide all the necessary expertise to take your items through the manufacturing process, from the design stage to finished products ready for sale. Every piece is finished to an exceptionally high quality. We pride ourselves on the quality of the fineness of our setting and the attention to detail in the very high standard of our polishing and plating.

We provide a dedicated support team for all design work, technical support is available at every stage of production to guide you. We can supply CAD images prior to making any item. This can show the item from every angle and can be rendered to look like an actual piece of jewelry. Any adjustments can be made before production.

Our 3D Printer can accept the images from 3Ds scanners and CAD images and uses these images to "print" out an exact copy in resin. This resin is used in the process to cast the item which we hand finish to the highest specification.

We can cast items in any metal including; 9ct gold - yellow, red or white, 14ct gold - yellow, red or white, 18ct gold - yellow, red or white, 22ct gold – yellow, Platinum, Silver and Palladium.

We stock a large range of the most common gemstones including diamonds and can supply a variety of grades and sizes. We can supply certificated diamonds and we have suppliers who can provide the more unusual stones. We can also supply and cut stones to fit settings if they are not stock sizes.

We provide a free of charge estimate which also includes the production time.

Master Models

These are the master silicon molds used when multiple numbers of the same style of jewelry is needed, perhaps to be produced in a variety of metals and set with a range of gemstones. When an item is designed a Cad is produced and this is used by the 3d printer to print out a resin. The resin is then placed inside silicone to produce a mold. Once the silicone has set, the resin is removed and the cavity is injected with wax. The wax takes the form of the cavity and when set is used in the lost wax process to create the item. This method can be used to reproduce the item as often as is required. We are currently cataloguing our thousands of master models for our customers use. Using a master model can save considerable time and money for you as the design process is already completed and the mold is already created.

Brass and Silver Samples

We can also use the master models, or your own designs, to create samples of jewelry items cast in bronze and plated in silver or rhodium. The finish gives the same appearance as if the items were made from precious metals. This gives you the opportunity to show a larger selection of jewelry in your displays for a fraction of the outlay. The items can then be produced in precious metal when required.
